Course Description

This thirty-six hour, customized, hands-on course provides a thorough familiarization with the Allen-Bradley SLC-500 programmable controller. PLC hardware and more advanced troubleshooting techniques are heavily emphasized.

Prerequisites

Maintenance & Troubleshooting of the Allen-Bradley SLC-500 Level One (PL 256) or equivalent knowledge.

Format

Hands-on Workshop. One lab station for every two participants. Software used in this course can be selected from the following: Allen-Bradley APS, ICOM AI Series, WinLogic or RSLogix 500.

Effectively use a personal computer for entering, editing and troubleshooting programs
